My goal image or keyword in March was “newborn”. Especially in this week I spend much times for self-coaching. By grace of it I could reached my goal in March. Now I felt relief.
Today for giving a finish to my days in March, I tried on my weakpoints. Even if “subortage” was sprang up in me ,every time I set aside them,I tried on them with a newborn myself.
Actually I could do a very good job! I’m really proud of myself. The end of March in 2006!
In Japan almost schoolyards there are planted many cherry trees. On the way to my nearest station, there is an elementary school and I took many photos there except the last one(a riverside view from a train).
Actually this is the first time for me to admire cherry blossoms. For a longtime I hated cherry blossoms. They have very diming color and it looks so sad for me. Once cherry branches were cutted off, never grow out from the same cut. I felt it so painful.
Japanease is sometimes compared to cherry blossoms. It indicates that they including me don’t act independently. I’m Japanease. There are possibilities that I’m seen with such a image. I hated to be seen in a category.
But now I could be changed myself to what I was hoped for longtime. Now I can say to everyone “Don’t put your image which already you have on me . Please communicate with me and feel what I am.”
So in this year, I really enjoyed cherry blossoms and understood fully why people wants to do “Ohanami”(a cherry blossom-viewing picnic).
I wish you also enjoy “Ohanami” through this blog and share merry moments.
This winary locates in Ashikaga City of Tochigi Prefecture. It took over 2 hours from Tokyo by train. This winary is famous for the taste of wine and the people who makes wine. This winery’s wine is served for Okinawa G8 Summit in 2000. And this winery’s wine have been made by handicapped people from 1980s’.
I reserved a winary tour. When my freind and I were waiting the time, we were served a glass of fresh grape juice. So delicious!!!
In this tour,we can see a brewery, vineyard and a cave.In one vineyard which is in front of a cafe and a wine shop, there are planted 600 vines. This vineyard is located on a very steep side (45 degrees)of a mountain. At the foot of this hill, there are planted many roses, because roses can catch an unusual happening(e.g. a new harmful insect)before vines can catch.Roses took a role like a canary in a coal.
In a brewery there are many tanks which can hold 8567ℓ(=10000 bottles of wine) for fermentation from grape juice to wine. Those tanks are cleaned by people’s hand. One tank for cleaning it takes almost 2 hours.
In a cave its humidity was 70 per cent,it makes me image the rainy season in Japan(=June). The temperature is kept for 15℃ through a year. We could see many machines and felt long time for one bottle of wine.
We satisfied with this tour and were hungry. We went to a cafe and took many delicious and reasonable prices’plate. All of them were really delicious and passed a rich time. We tasted 4 bottle of wines and especially this desser wine” Donkey’s footstep”is so delicious that we felt we were running on the grass as a donkey and we smiled with looking at each other.
We were happy!!! We thought we are living and it’s wonderful!!!Of course I bought 2 bottle of wine. I tasted today.

(quote from Soseki Natume『Yumejyuya』)
A dog was waiting for his(or her) master in front of a supermarket. I stroked him speaking to him.He was calm and had peaceful eyes. When I stood up saying goodbye to him,he shake my hands as if he wanted to say not to be left alone. He did the same motion twice. And after this motion, he approached me more and more.He showed me dearness. I felt that we could do non-verbal communication. He made my inside warm. I was happy.
In one book, scientificlly it was proved that people do communication by verbal communication(30%) and non-verbal communication(70%). For us non-verbal communication is very very important. Without words or under situation which we cannnot understand each language,we can do daily communication to some extent.
As a reporter,I’m always thinking of how to reflect putting a special empahasis on non-verbal communication on writing or taking photos. For sending a message or expressing facts and feelings,I usually use languages and photos. Both of them are visual one. But we have five senses-sight,hearing,smell,taste and touch. I want to send what I caught by smeling, tasting and touching.
Today she’s dead. But I thought she was released and now she is happy in another world. In this world she was “blind” but now probably she can see. She never lose her way.
(She is my godmother. In my kindergardens’ day I was tormented , she send me post cards everyday to cheer me up…Obaachan I miss you!)
