Our emotion is deeply related to our breathing. For example when we get angry, our breath becomes faster and erratical. When we feel insecure, we breathe shallowly and erratically.

So one of the easiest ways to create a room in your heart is returning to your breath. Just pay attention to inhaling and exhaling for 30 seconds and you will succeed in creating a room in your heart.

I also suggest that you lie down on the floor after moving quickly. For example after cleaning your room, please lie on the floor for over one minuite before doing the next thing. It helps you to feel your body and be in this moment. When we are in this moment, it is very easy to create a room in our heart and feel peace inside of us.
